Join us for the Spring edition of our quarterly event, Barker Seasonal Forum, where we will take a deep dive into our three volumes of Native Landscaping Guides!
As always, the event will begin at 4:30PM with a walk through Barker Woods (managed by Shirley Heinze Land Trust), where we'll see what's blooming and share the history of how this old-growth forest came to be.
Then we'll head inside the historic Barker House for a presentation from Save the Dunes staff covering how to use our Living in the Dunes Native Landscaping guides, covering topics such as invasive species and alternatives, native pollinators and how to attract them in your yard, and lastly, best practices for creating habitat in your yard that supports native & migratory birds.
Can't make it? Head to our website to download all three volumes of our Living in the Dunes landscaping guides today!
We ask that you register for this event at the link below so we can keep track of attendance and directly communicate updates regarding the event if needed.
